Main structure
The circular stacker-reclaimer is mainly composed of two parts: stacker and reclaimer. Performance characteristics

The steel structure is optimized through finite element analysis. The electrical control system all adopts PLC as the control unit of the product. In the electrical system of rotary drive and cart running drive, variable frequency motor is generally used as the speed control system, making the equipment run more smoothly.
The key components such as motor, brake, adhesive tape and switch are all made of explosion-proof products, which meet the explosion-proof grade requirements of the enclosed stock yard. Moreover, the operator's electrical room adopts a closed positive pressure explosion-proof system, and the middle part of the circular stacker-reclaimer can be equipped with a manual fire monitor system or an automatic fire extinguishing system according to user requirements. The top of the round stacker-reclaimer is equipped with a four-in-one (methane, CO,H2, temperature) monitoring system, which can monitor the gas in the stock yard at any time to prevent coal mine gas explosion. The new round stacker-reclaimer not only ensures the safety of the equipment, but also effectively guarantees the personal safety of the operators, which has very important practical significance.
